STATEMENT

“Visual Calculus in Photography” is a one-time reunion of a chosen group of talented photographers who have built for themselves a solid reputation through their personal research, exhibition, writings and publications.

This exhibition emphasis the importance of image construction/composition in photography. The Making of a Gallery Show.jpg

Wednesday June 8 | 6:30 – 8:30 pm
The Making of a Fine Art Gallery Show

Join Bob Carnie, Monica Glitz and our team as we discuss how to put together a fine art photography gallery show from start to finish: image selection, editing, printing, framing, shipping and installation.
Monica Glitz’s Contact Photo Festival show will be at the centre of this discussion. This nearly 60 print exhibition was over one year in the making and the complexity of this show uniquely demonstrates commitment to a large project.
Q&A session will be moderated by production coordinator Carissa Ainslie, all questions for the team are welcome.
